A Diamond Turns To Sand Again.

If only all our Regular angry hotheads had clamped their snarling lips together and weighed up the possibilities and prospects
suggested by the Asian offer they might have had a constructive thought entering their ranting brains and the cute little Bluebird which has flown above our many sad seasons and defeats might have been sewn onto the sleeves of the RED shirts.

I didn't start watching our team in 1946 to watch a cuddly bird or to drool over the colour blue. I thought we would achieve great things but we were small minded then as we are now! So we don't want the 100 Million and all the other good things the awful Asians promised us. No, we want a little bird and our own favourite colour about to be seen at various third division grounds in the near future. How lovely. Well done!
