Time to be calm now lads

Thu May 10, 2012 7:02 pm

No good throwing insults at each other. Although those who have been abusive/threatening over this shoud hang their heads in shame.

One thing the last few days have shown is there are a lot of people who care deeply about this club and that our fans really are a passionate bunch.

VT and TG seem to have listened and although nobody knows what will happen next I think the next step should be to THANK them for listening and for the many other things they have done for our club over the last few years. They have made one error here, but have kept us a live for years, treated us respectfully (anyone who has met TG knows what an absulte gentleman he is), and bought into our passion and culture.

They have seen the passion we have for the club, lets hope they take it as a positive.

Maybe some of us need to look at ourselves too, how many 'couldn't be bothered' to go to the play-offs, or spend 50% of their time moaning on the MBs and the other 50% giving excuses for not going. Maybe the realisation that we are dependent on guys from half-way accross the world for keeping us going will make you realise what we've got -and what we could lose.
