So who do you all blame for the events of the last 48 hrs and the outcome of the situation, explain your reasons why?

whose to say this is there way out anyway ,get us all to have a go at them and there choice is to go ...never now always a way out.im happy they came in until all of this happened i think they went about it the wrong way big time and didnt realise what and how the fans would react, tan only wants money he doesnt need other investors he could fund us on his own.

Whoever decided not to warn TG about the uproar that this would cause
With appropriate discussion and compromise I am sure that a suitable solution could have been found

It is plain and simply down to whoever leaked the information in the first place. The malaysians are shrewd bussinessmen and I doubt very much that this is how they wanted the situation handled, it has been a complete shambles. Proper disscussions could have taken place and this whole mess could have been avoided. There are too many leaks from within our club!

Bottomline, no one is to blame. It's a shitty situation that is the product of one set of people wanting one thing, and another wanting something else. Clearly the club's finance is a massive issue and something had to be done. The decsion to switch to Red would not have happened over night, but will have been the result of a lot of planning. It was bold, risky and was always going to upset a few, but if the return was a £100m investment and a hike in business confidence from the club then I'm on board. It's not about the Premier League for me, I just want to see the club doing well, and if that meant us playing in Red then I'm fine with that.
I'm fed up of the club being in constant financial worry, if there was a way to get the investment, increase the quality of the youth and training facilties, bring in new players and ensure the long term financial stability of the club I'd have the team go out naked each week truth be told.

Its got to be those who really dont like change, we are in a society where change is everything, and money rules, i think too many fans are living in the past and have got to admit we are changing maybe not for the better in some peoples eyes, but at the end of the day we are moving forward to become a premiership team(its taking a little longer than expected) but at least everything is now in place
i dont think this will be the last you will here of any football team being rebranded, more will follow you watch, QPR maybe who knows???

Tan first for the idea. Then the people who got personal and called them all sorts of names.

Whoever leaked it in the first place should be knighted. My only gripe they didn't do it earlier

THE MALASIANS,for no consultation with the grass roots+
THIS MESSAGE BOARD,for the anti malasian and sometime racist remarks, and jumping the gun as usual
Thu May 10, 2012 5:19 pm
I blame those that didn't give the Malaysians a chance to explain before setting up petitions and such like. As a club we're financially screwd without these guys. Well done boys we're on our way back to the dungeon you so dearly love.

Most are partly to blame.
The Malaysians for not consulting the fans first.
The club for leaking the ideas, knowing the backlash which would occur.
The fans for not allowing the Malaysians time to explain or to negotiate/compromise.
I think the Malaysians are quite offended based on the letter from TG. The next few months are going to be tough, even assuming the Malaysians stay on board, even tougher if they decide to jump ship. Trying to find new investors with our track record and debt will be no mean feat.

I agree that everyone is to blame. The major problem was communication and especially the information leak. The racist bigots that have spouted all their noncence should be ashamed of themselves.

If people report any abusive behaviour using the "!" icon and it will be removed.

VT is to blame for trying to force in a stupid idea without consulting anyone.
Thu May 10, 2012 6:56 pm
I've always said for the future stability of the club, it was a good idea. However some of our so called Cardiff city fan leaders leaked this info to win a popularity contest. I don't have any doubt that should it not have been leaked, as good a businessman Vincent Tan is, things would have been handled differently. It's the way the club handled the whole affair after the info was leaked. Red, blue, pink or yellow, personally I would not have given a monkeys, but seeing as we are losing £15m a season and from 2013/2014 he won't be able to do this as he can only invest £6m at most, so either he walks or stays, we are in shit creak.
I hope he can come to a compromise and wet in the middle.
Use true fans to help with designs, have forums, local meetings like the meet Malky meetings, if these changes need to be made lets do it together as one football club.

The person who let the cat out of the bag was spot on. They just dumped it on us and said this what going to happen. The Malaysians handled it very badly IMO
