Just because we wanted to keep the colour blue and the crest.My own personal objection was to the crest and bluebirds name being lost forever.If they had to play in red so be it but at least the investment would be there.However i do feel the malaysians were not realistic in agreeing to a compromise which i think the majority of fans wouldn't have minded.Its our way or no way is a very selfish and hard nosed buisiness tactic.They state themselves that they have been overwhelmed by the warm welcome they have recieved at the club by staff,players,manager but most of all us the fans so why turn round and kick us in the bollocks by having this "I'VE GOT THE MONEY IF YOU DON'T WANT IT f**k YOU"! attitude.All we wanted was to have The Bluebirds.Red shirts black,pink,yellow but still preserve our beloved bluebirds obviously JUST a money man and not a club man.

I was all for the re-branding! but as you say, I DREW THE LINE AT THE NEW BADGE,RED HOME KIT AND THE CARDIFF DRAGONS NAME REPLACING THE BLUEBIRDS! that was a no go area for me!

everything else like stadium re-branding, etc...no problem with that at all

what baffles me is the fact it happened so soon after the disappointment at Upton Park? They sailed full steam in saying these plans, WITHOUT consulting the supporters trusts, etc... then all of a sudden back down?

Really odd i think IMO. Surely they would have slightly attempted a compromise, instead of just changing things from the word go
