the most famous rugby ground in world before year 2000 was cardiff arms park! everyone new it was in cardiff wales! since 2000 millenium stadium took over from c.a.p and now that is known world over as one best sporting arenas in world and everyone knows its in cardiff! so re branding can have no effect on status!

Maybe not, but deffo more up-market though.
