What was ACTUALLY said in the review meeting

Everybody turns up, slightly downbeat after losing to West Ham 3-0. It's the first annual review meeting to discuss how to take things on from here. Vincent Tan innocently says, jokingly, "maybe it's the colour we play in - red is a lucky colour - perhaps we should play in red!" AND NOW ALL THIS HAS HAPPENED! WTF!!!
