Is this true or not ??

Thu May 10, 2012 12:30 pm

Got told by a Wolves supporter last night, that the rules on owners investing and putting money into a club are changing this season and that they can only put in a maximum of 6 million per season, and by doing this they are hoping to stabalise the leagues so that clubs are all on an even keel so to speak.

Like i said i dont know if this is true or not so would like to hear from others if it is or not.

If it is where would that leave us, does this mean that the 150 hes looking or saying he is putting in is going to be at 6 mill a season ??

If asked before my apologies but i would like to know

yes either this season or next ...... parachute money still allowed though so all relegated Prem teams will have a massive advantage over City and most of the teams . Hence Tan wanting to act / invest now :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

here you go - http://www.out-law.com/en/articles/2012 ... pert-says/ - answers are all there in this article. I think this is a case of VT and TG moving quickly to secure our financial future. Like I said in another threead yesterday whats happening to rangers at the moment is the tip of the iceberg. We wil see plenty of household names i.e top football clubs going to the wall in the coming years - do we want to be one of those? I say a big NO to that. Follow the rest of the sheep on this forum and we will be one of those clubs going out of existence. You will all drive TG and VT away. :ayatollah:

I haven't been able to find out how these rules affect current debt at clubs.

Do the rules stop an input of cash to pay off debt above and beyond the allowed 6 million.
