The debt that Cardiff City have is being turned into equity, now from the minute VT does that the club is totally debt free and he then has to be in it for the long run because otherwise he loses the lot!!!!! (unless of course someone buys out his shares) This is how i have been told what is happening, the club debt is approx £35 million of which approx £28mill belongs to Langstone, (hammam) they will probably accept a one off payment of £18 mill, two sites in cardiff have already been looked at to build the state of the art training center at the cost of £15 mill, a decision on which one to go with is iminent, a further tier is to be built on top of the canton stand which will take the capacity to around 35 - 38,000, the cost of this is approx £20 mill, Malky Macky is to be given around £25 million to use in the transfer market, (for reasons not to alert other clubs the figure will not become public) the rest of the money will go to running the club on a month to month basis, remember, VT has already been bankrolling the club to the tune of £1.2 million a month for the last year and a half. Of course this comes at a cost as we are now finding out, the red kit and dragon badge, red being the marketing colour of malaysia bringing prosperity and good luck.

The amount he does actually spend will become obvious when he bids for other clubs players, when the transfer market closes just add it all up!!!!

Always makes me laugh when you gypos come on our site telling US how much debt we are actually in, you obviuosly know more about our club than we do, the figure is around about £35 million, there will be NO intrest payed to Langston what so ever and one thing is for sure, we will not cheat the tax man or shaft our creditors like so clubs do!!!!

You,ve got me at a dssadvantage, you obviously know me but i can,t think who you are. The Rangers situation is coming to a climax due to the yank pulling out on wednesday, he pulled out because of all the threats, hate mail etc he wa getting, half of which was probably celtic fans stirring it, wehave to make sure that does not happen to our owners over the coming days/weeks. If Rangers don,t get a genuene bidder/buyer by the weekend then iy really could be liquidation for them!!!

Yeah i would.. but for the reason you keep your club, if you think this is bitter rivalry then your far from it, i was there during the Petty era, is isn't nice, my family brought me up watching Swansea, ones who are not here anymore, to have that taken from me due to some owners I would be utterly devastated

Not according to reports of tuesdays meetings and stuff Steve Borley has posted. Clearly states conversion of existing debt to equity forms part of the 100m

Just like the housing Market, teams are not splashing the cash, if an offer is made which is reasonable then maybe teams may want to sell rather than players possibly leaving on a free.
