@SteveCMB so is the 100m a 'loan' or investment? What if VT gets bored and leaves in a year looking for his money back? Into liquidation?

Hes an idiot.

For it to be shares the club has to be worth over £100 million, even though we all know its worth £45 million.

He has already converted £32 million into 70% shares which means there is only 30% left at a value of £15 million.

So £15 million will be equity the rest interest baring debt.

Again the club can option the printing of new shares.

Think your wrong there, nothing stopping anyone buying a company for 40 mil and then investing 100 mil to expand and grow the company, isn't that how business's work?

no they cant, that ridiculous.

If that was the case then we would print another million and Tans 70% would become 10% overnight and would no longer control the club.

nothing wrog at all, but that £100 mill cant be converted into shares if its more than the value of shares left.

If a company is valued at £10 million then only £10 million of shares can be sold. its simple economics. £32 million has already gone on 70% meaning there is only £15 million left.

I was always assuming the the £100million was partly what had already been invested, partly to sort out debt and partly more investment.

Is anyone of the opinion that this £100million is all NEW? I'm not.

so there is possibly £32million already that is equity, there is potentially a Langston and PMG pay off that becomes equity in replace of Langston and PMG shares, the extra £15million shares that is again equity. Where are we then around the 70 odd million.

Not an accountant but I really doubt it's £100million in new money.
