There are a few posts on her saying that changing colour and badge will get us 100million and premier league football. So they are all up for change, there are also posts saying that the £100m isn't a formality.
But one thing which isn't for certain is premiership football no matter how much you plough into the team. Look at Leicester Ipswich and still west ham are doing it the hard way,
Nothing is for certain in football nowadays no matter what colour shirt you play in, so keep it blue, and keep the fans turning up week in week out to support the bluebirds

Some of our fans are deluded if they think the £100m (not guaranteed yet) will ensure Premier football
