Seemingly overnight and people now think we have fiancia security???? WHEN WILL PEOPLE LEARN!!!

Just for clarification on this point, not that it makes it right.
My understanding is that it's in exchange for equity in the club via presumably a share issue. Which would mean it's no debt surely? The only way they could make their money back would be to sell the shares?
