Inner, middle and outer circles - what time they due back?

So basically as far as I can see the meeting tonight is made up of AAMB, CCMB, Supporters club, any other club, hangers on, and uncle tom cobley and his mates.

But which circle do they all now belong to, and how long before the AAMB and CCMB storm troopers start arguing, and the mods start deleting?
