I'm amazed some City fans don't actually seem to mind the whole character of the club potentially being changed.

I was furious when Sam changed the badge but even he backed down from changing the colour of the home kit and the nickname.

Sam's change was easily reversed, as would be a red home kit but if VT's serious about changing the seats and stadium colours to red - we would be stuck with that for a long time.

It's happened before. Jimmy Hill changed Coventry's colours to Sky Blue and changed their nickname - and invented a club song.
