" Would you support the rebranding of the club ? "

Tue May 08, 2012 3:02 pm

With all the rumours going around I thought a poll to see who thinks what is called for.

if colours dont change, and neither does the stadium or our names and badge then the news would be brilliant that we're paying our debt!

NO NO NO.
I will only be seen in the stadium protesting if this happens, we'll need a picket line, blue paint on any red turncoat
I might even start wearing colours, blue not red though.

No no no no I am a f*cking bluebird nothing else.

Although I can be persuaded if I saw a resignation letter by a certain W. Nash.

NOT in any way, shape or form.

We are Cardiff City FC, we play in Blue, we are the Bluebirds.

If we either A) Change the name of the Bluebirds. B) Change our colours to Red. C) Change the name of the club that's me done.

What if the paying of the debt would be dependent on the changes.

Red seats, dont like it but its not a huge thing, when the fans are in the stadium and sat in the seats its hardly noticeable.

Red home kit - NO NO NO
New Badge - NO NO NO - Hated it when Sam changed it and would hate it even more without a Bluebird on it.
Name change (seems wont happen) NO NO NO NO NO NO NO

I am against it but could accept it under certain terms, no debt and loads of cash to get us promoted :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Everything changes eventually poor old Riverside fans accepted it !!!

But not a name change, we will always be Cardiff City in Red or Blue :ayatollah:

that's blackmail

The devils in the detail, wait until we see the full details from the club themselves before anybody condemns it. I'm not going to say one way or another whether I approve or not until we hear from the men at the top. :ayatollah:

You would honestly rather start again? Have you considered we may not be allowed back in the English system

you'll all be there no matter what happens you jokers

and that's why we cant let this happen. However I believe consultation is by far the best method

Thats the thing about this poll-you can vote without leaving a comment. So far nearly all the comments left are by people dead against any change.I suppose the people answering yes would be vary of the verbal backlash but alhough only 25 have voted I'm surprised to see that some are not adverse to change of some sort.

Than the alternative of being turned into the Cardiff Dragons, a corporate souless club?! YES.
Swansea were so don't see why we wouldn't be, many teams have gone into admin and come back.
Someone else may even want to buy us, someone who doesn't blackmail the fans. After the past season we're not that unattractive a purchase.

You mentioned rising from the ashes so thought you meant a completely new club. If we were in administration we would keep our place. What of we could not get out of administration and were liquidated. It's a new club looking for a league.

I meant rising from the ashes of admin.
Can't see liquidation happening even if they left us in the lurch.
If it did, well.......... who knows?
