The propaganda was from the malaysians about money being available last summer and in january as stated in another thread. What I am saying is that I will only believe rumours when they actually happen because I remember the propaganda spouted off by the Malaysians just a few months ago and refuse to believe anything about them until I see that they can 'walk the walk' with my own eyes.
