Poll : do you support Malky and the Malaysians

Fri May 04, 2012 12:34 pm

With all the wind up posts on here from the Jacks, Canton Magic etc., I thought I'd ask this question in a poll, and will leave it run for 4 days.

I am a massive fan of both of them, and am more than happy with this season :ayatollah:

I bet all the wind up merchants will now spew all their garbage onto this thread, but I'm more interested in the result of the poll.

Malky has nothing to do with it.

Make it just the Malaysians.

No, they brought Malky in - he's their man :ayatollah:

Well the poll is nonsesne then. Its like trying to deciffer if City fans rate Lee Trundle by making a poll....

do you think we should sign Lee Trundle... and Lionel Messi.

Take Messi out of the equation (as hes nothing to do with the discussion) and you will get a vastly different result.

Listen, young man, if you understood English, the poll asks if you support both of them - if you do not support either one, you can vote NO - it doesn't mean you are against both, so if you support Malky and not the Malaysians, then vote NO (or vice versa).

I presume you do accept that he was brought in by them, or do you live in parallel universe - then again, viewing your posts, perhaps you do

The analogy you draw is not the same, as if Messi was in the equation, of course you'd sign him if you had to put up with wasting money on Trundle as well, so I'm afraid the analagy doesn't work.

You are doing this as a result of my post as you have said. My post never mentioned Malky.

So your poll is useless. Of course people support Malky, hes a good manager and done well with what the little hes been given. Nobody is going to vote no even though they have reservations about the ~Malaysians as they feel it wouldnt be a fair reflection on or manager.

If you want to know if people support The Malaysians then make a poll about it, dont try and sway it by adding someone that isnt mutually exclusive.

Its like trying to see what people think of Kenny Miller by saying do you think Kenny Miller and Joe Mason are good?

Nonsense poll.

Malky and the Malaysians are two different people, not sure you should of put them in the same equation.

I am supporting Malky at this moment 100%, brilliant season. :ayatollah:
As to the Malaysians, I am still very unsure, thats why you cant put them together.
They say they will back Malky more than ever next season, lets hope so.

Of course I accept that Annis, but they brought Malky in, and as I've said above, if anyone doesn't support either, then they are free to vote No, and can indicate that as well.

What I am trying to clarify is, are people happy generally with the set up we've got, which includes both Malky and the Malaysians.

FA regulations prevent them from doing this though Annis? In fact FA regulations force them to cut their current backing by half.

Surely not if they finally turn the money in to shares, instead a high interest rate to our club, like they are currently doing ?

Isn't it the same interet rate as Langston?

Yep, £6 million of investment maximum from next year. Once they turn the money owed to them into shares, that cuts our debt to them but still does not allow them to invest more than £6 million next season. In 3 seasons time it will be capped at £2 million.

FA brough in these regulations for clubs to only be able to spend what they earn. However what we earn is earmarked to go straight out 3 times over.

I merely gave you as an example of one of the worst wind up merchants, but most of the posters who admit they're Jacks are the worst in any event.

A slightly better analagy, but still doesn't work, I'm afraid, as if the poll said "do you think Miller and Mason are good", you would still vote NO, as you can in this thread - simple English I'm afraid.

Its a misleading question intended for an inaccurate poll result - simple as that.

All they have to do is buy naming rights in our stadium which increases our income therefore increases the amount they can spend. also historical debt will hopefully be wiped out therefore there will be a decrease in expenditure. Now f**k off back to planet swamp you jack c**t

They arent going to give us money for naming rights though are they. They wont be entitled to get that money back as its advertising. They will only give us money if its in a legally binding loan, ensuring they will get it back - which is why they charge us 7% on anything they lend us.

Historical debt will not be wiped out. ITs £70 million ffs.

If the debt to langston and pmg gets wiped out this summer would you be prepared to put £50 into my chosen charity?

Yep, if it doesnt will you do the same?

We have a go at the Jacks for getting out of their 800k debt and are actively trying to get out of £30 million of debt  We owe it, we pay it - simple.

Re: Poll : do you support Malky and the Malaysians

The only problem i have got is, what if you pull out on some technicality. what if committment is made to pay the money is made but it doesn't actually go through by the end of summer etc?
You know what i mean?

If these things can be sorted i suggest the loser pays into either nukes M.S charity or i think it's dazzy t's fund for that little kid.

77 if i lose thats gonna stretch my giro money! Do you fancy joining us?

I not like that. When a definitive answer is reached, whether its the summer or not - thats when the decision on who is correct is made.

As soon as its official we dont owe it or made official we do.

Re: Poll : do you support Malky and the Malaysians

Well thats a bit difficult cos then only i can win, cos at the moment we both know that we do owe it

Re: Poll : do you support Malky and the Malaysians

Malky = Yes

Malaysians = No

We were nicely positioned and they didn't give |malky the few quid to bring in new players.

Perhaps this was intentional?

Still, I'm happy and proud of them and can't wait to tw*t Dave Jones and Wednesday next season................over to you Sammy Boy :D

I support Malky to an extent, take it or leave it type of thing ... Don't think he's great but better than DJ obviously.

As for the Malaysians, I do not trust them at all, why the hell didn't they invest in the squad when we were top 2? Not the actions of committed owners ...

Re: Poll : do you support Malky and the Malaysians

Can you create a separate poll stating 'Do you trust the Malaysians' only? I'd love to see the results for that one.
