What malkay needs to do to stand a chance..

Fri May 04, 2012 11:26 am

Right before everyone starts having a go, for west ham away i think kenny miller needs to be dropped! I'm a fan of miller but he couldn't score for shit at the moment and right now we need goals!!

i think he definitely needs to start gustede and earnie upfront.. yes i know they haven't scored many either but there heads aren't down like millers and fresh legs and a younger more determined striker i think could be the answer!

miller has scored i think 1 since january and 1 in 21 games so he's not going to score more than 1 goal on monday i could put my house on it!

id definitely have him on the bench but i would not start him, great link up player etc but we don't need that monday we need goals!!

realistically i think it will be very very hard to pull it back but never say never in football .. look at chelsea against barcelona no one would of expected that ! so come on !! bluebirdssss :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

yeah take that back didn't see that lol.. in that case id throw in earnie swell as having mason miller on the pitch aswell then ! definitely don't think it'll work how we normally play it .

Totally agree. The problem is the players in the first team are pretty much guaranteed to start every match so there's not really any competition for their places. If we had a bigger squad, with better options upfront i I don't think the likes of miller would be starting every game with that kind of scoring record.

Disagree. If we go Gung Ho from the off we could be picked off by lets face it a pretty good side. We have to get the first goal but even if that comes as late as the 80th minute we will be in with a real shout and the west Ham players will be twitching big time. If west ham get that first goal then I believe its game over. Looking forward to the trip though and whatever happens its party time to celebrate a season that has turned out far better than anticipated. Well done Malkay and all the players. :D
