What time do they put the results up, think from what he's said he's nailed on for winning, hope so, might keep him busy and stop him moaning on here all the time.

I've known all day, but didn't wish to gloat.

He came dead last: if he was a football team, he would be relegated

Serious question, how close a call was it, can't find the results, was it a close call or a slamming. :?:

In council election terms, not that close at all. Especially for a candidate that many believed infallible and not in any danger of losing their seat.

I'd be gutted if I was Bevan Sian Caroline. 4 votes off election.

Well thats me done for local politics. I have never been attacked by lies, lies and more lies 24 hours before an election like I have this time around. However take it on the chin I will but thats me done in this game.

I am utterly disgusted at the electorate in the country, on one hand they complain about potholes, expenses, housing and so on yet they cant be arsed to get off their backside and vote!!! I ensured that residents are getting rebates from being overcharged £11,1 million yet you watch the rebates drying up because the people who caused it are back in!!!!

This countries voting patterns are fucked and with Labour in control once again you watch the council tax shoot through the roof again!!!!

What this country needs is around 200 independant MPs instead of this one party majority. Yes we have this coalition but we need to have a bigger breakdown such as a majority of individuals who have their own mindsets. Many mindsets is better than a false setup that people have to fall into of which a majority party gives us. Come to think of it all the main parties are really just one big party and we know what happens at big parties, everyone who attends seems to come out well from them.

I dont know the man but if you agree with a persons views or not it does take a fair degree of bollocks to put your head above the pulpit for what you believe and risk taking a leathering. Especially in the gurnos.

More bollocks to have a go in your belief than the person who sits back and just snipes - says it all.

National party v an Independent ?

Well done Adam Brown for standing in the first place .

That's what the difference is in the UK today and it's become what it's become for the worse - knock the man down who has a go . He's not even tried election in the Knockers council area !! Says it all . Bitterness and jealousy will just take the Country further down .

All "independents" i've ever come across, have aligned themselves to right wing policies, so what difference is that going to make.

They always seem to form little groups anyway. That's why I never buy independents criticism of party candidates
