A lot of Positive Outcomes

Fri May 04, 2012 10:32 am

I was gutted last night after losing 2-0. But looking at the game, we could of, and should have scored about 5 goals. We are lacking confidence in front of goal but we did have chances and we need to take them more clinically. West Ham was gifted 2 goals. When you consider Carlton Cole one of their players is on average being paid the amount of about half our team, they didnt look that special considered the amount of money they are paying out.

I didnt expect us to be in the playoffs to be honest and we are no means out of the 2nd leg but do face a hard uphill struggle now to get to Wembley.

The positives for me is that we are a top 6 team, didnt lose a lot of games this season but drew a lot, meaning that Malky will have money to spend in the summer which could turn our draws into wins.

The crowd I thought last night was incorrect but that was my view. There was no way 4500 empty seats there last night considering the club add the season ticket holders that dont turn up to the games still included in the attendance.

Although Im looking forward to the 2nd leg, my outcome for Cardiff next season is bright. Just need Malky to buy some talented players and mix youngsters with experience, think we need a few more experienced players to add to out young squad though.

The club is looking good and is being supported by the Malaysians financially.
If we dont win the playoff semi's then lets all look forward to next season which includes the pre-season games and of course the qualifying games for Wales. Roll on Serbia away for me. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
