How do i upload a photo

i'm trying to upload a photo by pressing Img, it shows "img||img" but i can't get a photo to copy to the page.
if i pm/email someone with the photo can they do it for me.
thanks, it's a photo of myself, my wife and my daughter in her prom dress.

When you are posting a reply at the bottom there is a tab upload attachment,click on choose file,then add file.
