The banter with Green tonight was brilliant fair play

All match the canton were chanting USA USA USA at him and how he let his country down. Everytime he'd get the ball he'd chuckle and roll his eyes at us. Then after the whistle made the "keep running your mouth" hand gesture to us, cupped his ears before reminding us of the scoreline with his fingers before walking away. tw*t, but great banter haha. I hope the bluebirds travelling up there gives him just as much a hard time, reminding him how he let England down

Exactly, any other keeper would just not get involved and ignore us, it was a nice change having an away keeper that gave banter back

Having heard that you can't really blame him for having a go back. I understand simply cupping your ears and not saying anything, but 'keep running your mouth'? That phrase would imply that we've been mouthing off about comfortably beating them, but that's not the case

Agree, I did laugh at it mind but I thought no one could really have a go at him for a having a bit fun back

Oh no, no problem with that. Scott Loach was the same last season. He gave it big in front of us when Watford beat us 4-1 at Vicarage Road and we gave it back when we went 3-0 up on them back at the CCS In January.
