you can't extend it because you'd need permission from the council and anyway you can't afford to build your own

Plans gone in to take it just over 30 k,starting with the east stand running along the river..then after that behind both goals..but hey u now best

Clubs will come calling for players etc. and how many clubs have suffered from that all too infamous second season syndrome?

Any that depart will leave for big money as their all under long contracts, bar Sinclair who only has a year left.

No idea how much we've bid tbh but I'd guess around £5m. It seems like a case of him wanting to stay and us having to haggle a price. He hasn't got an agent either apparently and deals with these things himself so it helps that he's not being touted around elsewhere.
