TICKET NOT ARRIVED,NOT HAPPY!

Booked my ticket online on Monday,it took me 3 or 4 attempts but got there in the end,I called yesterday and was assured my ticket would arrive,I have waited till now 2:15PM and still no ticket,tried calling the office several times but no answer..... Disappointing!,I book online to save the hassle and what do I get....(HASSLE)....SORT IT OUT CITY.

Looks like I have to go down early to sort it out...Any suggestions?

They should just be in the little collections booth just outside the ticket office!

i have done this in the past, I booked mine Sat night, went to pick it up on Tuesday and they said they sent it Monday, finally arrived on Wednesday so i was fine

Cheers all,they said they had dispatched the ticket so I suppose they will print me another or something.

It's loaded onto your stadium card?

If you are a season ticket holder and you booked on line on Monday is it downloaded onto your card so you dont need an actual ticket, I did mine from Cuba (last day of hols) and I recieved a confirmation e-mail to say it was down-loaded. for God's sake cut them some slack, they have had only 4 days to sell out the ground
