Altenative number for tickets

I saw on here yesterday somebody put up a phone number for tickets that apparently got you straight through. The one I have is 0845 345 1400 but it keeps going dead, any help please?

thats the one i keep trying mate, get in a queue and then get to number 8 in the queue and it starts ringing and ringing, ticket office is a joke yet again.
