TICKET OFFICE NEWS

Tue May 01, 2012 10:25 am

Just spoken to someone who knows, and the situation at present is, season ticket holders will have their seats reserved for them up until 5 pm today, however the ticket office will be open until 8pm for phone calls and personal visits.

All systems are working and the sheer volume of calls is blocking up due to numbers, but everyone is working flat out and ploughing through at the rate of knots, frustrating for everyone trying to get thru on the phones, but they have been left with only a short time span to get it all sorted, a side effect of the nature of play offs I suppose, and if it's the price we pay for succeeding in getting this far, then i'm sure we can take it on the chin.

Here's hoping you all get what you need, onward and upwards. :ayatollah:

To be fair to them Gwyn I don't think people appreciate how much work is involved selling that many tickets in just 3 days. What slows things down as well is the fans who can't simply assk for a ticket and hand over their money. They insist on asking 20 questions and a shit load of "what-if's". Those ditherers should have a seperate queue and let the rest just go in get their ticket and get the fook out quick time.

The only people who moan are season ticket holders. When the tickets come available to other category fans you never here them moaning. Maybe all tickets should go on general sale from day one. ;)

The shear volume of sales in such a short time span has always led to problems with ticket purchase's in the past.
Even when the club commissioned Ticket Line to sell & distribute tickets for the CCc last Feb, their were problems with that.
At the end of the day, i'm sure everyone who wants tickets will get them, one way or another.

Just looked on e-ticketing stadium plan, looks a disappointing take up from ST holders, last night whole ground was virtually red, now only one part (grandstand near half way) other than away is sold out.

C'mon Bluebirds this is our chance to make a difference!!!!! :ayatollah:

Yellow can also mean there is only 1/2 tickets left in that area. The middle section of the Canton is probably almost sold out, whereas the middle of the Ninian is probably down to single tickets. They should get that interactive seating map they had a few weeks ago :ayatollah:

Yeah, what happened to that? Was good as you could easily pick an individual seat.
