Booking tickets using etickets

Im trying to buy my ticket for the game on Thursday via eticketing
but it keeps taking me to a map of the stadium to find a seat, instead of having an option to purchase my seat.

I have a season ticket but not sure if it is linked to my eticketing account

god help us if we ever do get into the prem. with what our ticket office staff?

It's not e-ticketing which is the problem, you have to assign your fan number(season ticket) to your account, you have to find it somewhere on there but it is there, i got round to it last season and it then comes up asking whether you want to reserve your seat.

The function to assign your season ticket to your account is not there.

I think this is the main problem to be honest.

Anyone who is a new user to E.Ticketing is unable to assign their season ticket seat to their account as the option isnt there.

If you have done it before it is alreasy assigned.

Someone mentioned it yday.

I have activated my season ticket and linked to eticket account which i have used in the past with no problems
but
for some reason when i log into my account there is no option to purchase my seat.
I have even tried to re-register and reactivate my season ticket again but it says "ticket already activated"


Ive rang the admin office and they said they cant help, i have also rang the ticket office about 150 times since
yesterday, cant get through and also emailed them twice.

all i can say is im lucky i have the forum travel to sort out my away trips otherwise i wouldnt bother.

Used this number and got through after 5 mins
i asked about eticket and was told my account had been activated twice and that's
why i couldn't update my season ticket.
Not sure how that happened coz it tells you if its already activated, think they need to sort it out down there as its currently a nightmare if any issues arise

Anyway sorted now and cheers for help.
