Tried ringing and listening to some prick for five minutes going on about prices then saying all lines are busy then the line goes dead. How much are they charging for this shit

I understand demand is high but just say all lines are full call back later before giving minutes of bollocks about superstore opening hours.
Massive rip off if you ask me and right now my SKY HD box is looking a better option than being conned by these bastards.
