Cant get through on the phones and cant get down there due to family commitments/work.

Trying E.Ticketing but is says my block is sold out?

In the same position mate

Same old bollocks from our club makes me sick

Frustrating aint it mate.

It looks like if I want to go ill have to finish early and drive down there tonight at half 6ish and hope the ques aint to long.

Thats going to cost me £15 on top in fuel though.

How is everyone else getting their tickets?

All my mates in the same position as me, ie stuck in work, cant get through on phone, e.ticketing dont work.

Tempted to swerve it now and watch on tv to be honest.

Got a bit of sympathy for them as they have such a short time scale but they should be used to this by now, ie have the neccesary systems in place.

I just spent 5 minutes listening to that fella waffle on and then got a all phone lines are full

frustrating it is, i went and got mine yesterday ,find it the best way, several of my friends have done theirs through e ticketing ok,
however, i think they are doing their best at the club by keeping the ticket office open til 8, for those that really want to go the ticket office is open long enough to accommodate them .

Going down in about fifteen minutes - anyone know what the queues are like?

If you are a season ticket holder make sure you are booking the seat that has been reserved for you. There is a place somewhere that says you have seats reserved. Click on that and then add that seat to your basket.

I think its because my season ticket is not assigned to the account and it wont allow you to assign it.

Its got to be that because a mate just text me and said he's done his online no problem.

My ST is assigned to my mates account from the Play Off games where he bought all our tickets together so going
to see if he can purchase it.

I can buy mine no problem on e-ticketing but I cannot but my grandsons even though his seat is assigned to my account.

Everytime there is a game like this or the club starts selling season tickets all assignment rights are dropped and as we have seats in the family stand, which is completely sold out, you cannot select as nearest seat option.

The telephone line is a disgrace as you have some tosspot on there talking about the superstore opening hours and other bollocks for 3 minutes before saying by the way all lines are full so phone back later.

Then you phone back and listen to 3 minutes of bollocks, whilst being charged, before being told there is no point in trying to contact the ticket office because all lines are FULL.

Absolute rip off so I'm going to call Cardiff City trading standards about this because in my mind if the club cannot take your call they should say so immediately and not spend 3 minutes talking bollocks whilst your being charged.

Anyway the game is on SKY maybe thats the best option.

I rarely use the phone line. There will be a few hundred people trying to call to get their tickets with probably 10 people max working. Best bet is to go down their and buy them if you can. My old man went down this morning and there were only a few people in the queue.

Went on E-Ticketing and my seats were reserved as usual, had no problems at all, make sure you're a member of the site and the fan no's you buy for should be reserved for you at all times..............Simples

I phoned earlier on 0845 365 1115 and got through to someone in less than 10 minutes. They've put the game on our season ticket cards and it cost me £32.50 for me and my nipper. Job done.

If I thought it would be that easy mate I would, im out of the house at 5am in the morning, be
on the road till 9, then in meetings till 1, wont be back in Cardiff till gone 9pm tomorow night.

I can try and call a few times and hang on for 5 minutes or so but hanging on the phone for 20-30 minutes is
just not possible for me.

Under normal circumstances I would ask the old dear but she is on holidays and I dont know anyone going down there
as most of my mates have done it on e-ticketing and the others aint bothering.

E-Ticketing would be ideal but doesnt seem to work for me for some reason.

As it goes Iv taken a hospitality ticket kindly given to me by a client so I will be up in the Premier Seats now unless I get through tomorow.

Bit of a palava for me this game but in all fairnes this is the first time iv ever struggled.
