E-ticketing HELP

Anyone know how to assign a fan number on E-ticketing?

I've always been able to do this before but can't for this game, hope something changes as just drove past ground and quite a big queue

Not the best of weather to be in a queue either!

Figured it out mate. Don't use your reserved seat, go and find tickets and choose another seat, it will then give you an option of which price range, and quantity of tickets, on the left and side it will give you an option to 're-assign fan number'

Anyone know how to assign a fan number on E-ticketing?

I'm having the same problem but then again everytime we start selling ST or there is a big game the normal assignment service cannot be used. It happens everytime without fail so we all have to wait until someone in the club gives the standard it's feck all to do with us it's the company that operates the system.

If you ask me it will not improve until someone in the club gets the sack because believe me no one down there gives a toss.

I just rang the ticket office and after waiting in a queue from position 27 to 5 I got cut off, I then rang back and the phone systems are not working.

Big club my arse.
