Have I been victimised?

I have been informed on the 2nd April that redundancies will be made at my depot.

The company has now gone through the selection process and ( surprisingly) the 30 drivers all safe have been all here the longest. Despite many having final warnings on their records.

I have no warning or any other discrepancy on my record.

On Monday I was informed by my union that the letters were being posted out to all drivers inform

When I was made redundant or other people have been made redundant they have used a "matrix". Basically a point scoring system, they will consider key attributes like performance, sick leave, lates, warning etc etc. They will get rid of who they want to at the end of the day.

too true mate if they want you out then thats it,not a lot you can do about it-worked for the same firm for 20 plus years whenn i left school and knew it was coming so just put in the minimum required at the end and those who worked their bollocks off got the push same as me.
