I imagine they had no option, the FAW's pitches would have been waterlogged

They wanted a chance to play on the hallowed turf. After all they missed the chance after Palace knocked them out of the cup :D

Why are they training in Cardiff when they've got a game tonight in Manchester?

I know, but why? Don't that have a training ground of their own? I don't understand why they need to travel down to Cardiff to train.

Just somewhere to go, away from the usual hustle and bustle, I think. This is being built up as the title decider, so Fergie wanted the team to be able to focus a bit better without being hassled quite so much. I don't know if it worked, we'll see tonight.

I'm looking forward to people getting excited about Cardiff City training before a big Premier League match.
