So, what was the final figure for season ticket sales ?

Sun Apr 22, 2012 1:40 pm

Have we broken 16000 for next year ?

By the way biggest crowd in the Championship yesterday, bigger also than a few Prem ones and only a few hundred less than a few others.

But we all know there wasn't really over 25000 in there don't we!!! Loads of empty seats especially in the family stand as usual. All season ticket holders counted whether they are there are not. Still the actual figure would still be a good crowd though.

But we all know also, that with an early kick off on a Sat the family stand will have less than usual as the kids are playing. And I for one would prefer they are out playing and hopefully unearthing a jem.

So not many sold in the last week or so, as the figure was 15400 or something earlier.

20 years ago we could only dream of figures like that. We have moved on in many areas. If we make prem league we will sell the remaining 4000 or so that would be available.

Our gates say so ;) - more will be sold in the summer, and our crowds will be averaging over 20k again even in the Championship

By the way, what happened with the left overs at yours, did they get sold to the waiting list ?

silly question? why does attendances in premier club vary so much? other week was lots empty seats this week more fans in there! strange as cost is £80 game, as for attendance on sat it was near 25K in stadium as limit is 27K leeds didnt fill there end so numbers made up of city fans wasnt a great deal empty seats

Big games will sell more for the Prem Club.

Surprised at leeds support, thought they had sold out their 2000, but the end was only half full maybe 1000-1200
