He was sentenced on "accidental" instance. Pathetic really, the fact he acted voilently in front of the child was no accident and is bad enough as it is.

Boo-hoo. Our justice system is actually one of the finest in the world, regardless of discrepancies such as this. More often than not these are dealt with accordingly and if not, journalists have reported the case in a biased fashion.

As I have said, "f**k ups" are inevitable in any legal system, anywhere in the world. Primarily they're not a result of flaws in the legal system itself, but a result of external factors such as the evidence, jury, supposed 'soft judges', and lawyers.

I disagree on this sentence based on the fact that he appeared to not care when the potential to break the babies leg and even if it was accidental that's two crimes one against the mother and one against the child so how his sentence based on what it has said 4 months each for pleading guilty that's 8 months and don't tell me being on bail is a punishment because if your accused and innocent where is the compensation for being innocent
