Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge charity walk

I just foolishly signed up to do this with our sister company, 3 mountains in one day dressed as sheep for the Anthony Nolan blood cancer charity. We are starting with Snowdon at 5am on May 26th and going on to Cadair Idris and finishing off with Pen Y Fan with the aim of being back in Cardiff for last orders.

Ive got all the gear but no idea

Ive got all the gear but no idea

Its a tough one fella the second mountain is the hard bit (cadir idris) done it a few years ago for Ty Hafan. Great feeling when you come down pen y fan at the end though.
ps if its a hot day you will need plenty of water, get a good camel back water carrier.
