Imagine if EddieMay was manager with a chairman like Sam

When we had that momentum after winning the old division 4 aka division 3 aka League 2 title. Eddie spent money quite well. Imagine he had the millions that Cork and Lawrence blew. Imagine he had a million to spend after winning the title. That team was amazing and a few more players would have really pushed us on. I think we would have got there a lot earlier with a lot less debt.

Sam was the one making the signings though wasn't he.

I don't think the managers had much control over what money was spent where until he left.
