I just did it (again) and got:

Reading 94
West Ham 88

Cardiff 75
Birmingham 73
Middlesbrough 73

Brum got the hardest run-in so I can see them slipping down the ladder. Same with Blackpool, not the easiest of fixtures.

But i'd be pretty confident having Brum over 2 legs. Go all out in the away leg and get a few away goals. Then welcome them back to the CCS where we could mark Burkey out of the game and kill it off.
The i'd love us to have Boro in the final. I'd feel very confident, but also if we had Saints as most of the pressure would be on them
