Groupon refund (not football related) Sorry

If any of have used groupon and had problems then try this..

We had a house clean voucher from groupon, but when we rang company they said they were too busy and to request refund, but as it was 2 months after we purchased groupon would only give us a credit but we wanted full refund.

Anyway loads of emails and a couple of telephone calls and they eventually agreed to refund after I threatened to go to trading standards as it wasn't our fault, any way in the mean time my wife had a voucher for a spa day but they only had one date available in the 2 months before it was due to expire, groupon wouldn't do anything so earlier today I went on there face book page and put everything down eg not ringing or replying to emails.

Then I just looked at my emails and there customer services manager for uk has emailed to say they are fully refunding the 2 plus 2 others which we never got to use, one for drive way clean and family day out at wookey hole, plus a £50 credit for groupon......

Result... Didn't expect anything for the ones we hadn't been able to use...
Put it on the national now.

Only spendthrifts use Groupon

The result is having the cash back for the 2 which we didn't get round to using, 1 which expired nov last year and the other in December plus the 2 which we had had probs with.. Over £125 quid

Plus the £50 credit in groupon points which we can use for a cleaner to come in and clean the oven and house a couple of times or a gardener to cut the grass a couple of times or a couple of day out for kids

We use KGB deals Cardiff now, just had 2 nights in best western in west midlands plus 2 days entry to west midlands safari park for family of 4 for £100.., cant fault that
Breakfast incl as well

Plus boulders adventure for my 12year old 2 months climbing etc for £15,
Mot and full service for £45
Mot and valet £19 for my van passed no probs

Why pay full price for anything when you can save cash.. Welsh deals is another which have good discounts on mot etc
I can use the money I save for hookers and crack
