Basically teams like Swansea & Leicester (plus numerous others) went into admin to avoid debts/rip off creditors. As a result rules were changed and points deductions brought in. Wrexham were owned by Alex Hamilton who acquired the club under false pretenses to get the land that Racecourse was on. Hamilton ran the club into the ground and the only way out was admin. Wrexham were in equivalent of League 1 and were relegated as a result of points deduction.
Swansea would not have gone into admin if 10 points deductions were in place.

So it was Swanseas fault that Alex Hamilton aquired Wrexham under false pretences and ran them into the ground??![]()
Was he still in charge when they got relegated from league 2? I can't remember, but if he wasn't how did they manage to get relegated to the conference? Did Swansea do something else?Get over yourself Gar! Don't forget you tried to rip off a few clubs by getting away with paying transfer fees not too recently. Surely we've done to death the Swansea admin thing, but your take on this is quite frankly LUDICROUS!

CCFC are not whiter than white but all our debts are being serviced. Wrexham were still under a CVA which is why they went down to Conference and I haven't said anywhere that it was Swansea's fault that Wrexham got relegated although i have clearly touched a raw nerve.
I also stated that it's not just Swansea-there are in excess of 20 clubs (can't be bothered to research all) who used CVA as a way of cheating creditors prior to 10 point deductions. Not really sure of solution-maybe only allow teams into Prem League if creditors paid off in full and not a few pence in pound. Darlington ended up paying the Inland Revenue 5k when they owed them over 2million.

Gar. you have certainly not hit a raw nerve. As I stated, the Swansea admin thing has been done to death and pales into insignificance the reasons behind Leicester, Leeds, and even Luton whereby they gambled on success and failed. We, like Wrexham were taken in by a conman, the only difference on the outcome was that the club and it's fans were stronger than the persons involved Ie: Alex Hamilton and Tony Petty. Surely you can realise that? By the way Darlington paid £34.57 of that bill as the administrator decided they should pay 0.00009% of the sum owed!
