Absolute dire football

The odd flash of quality play,but generally our previously good play and home form has disappeared

We are grinding out results , when was the last time we dominated a game at home, or performed well

Watford are one of the poorest teams i've seen at home this season with not much to offer at all , and we laboured our way through the game.

Our football is absolutely dire at home and we cannot put two or three passes together these past few games or sustain any prolonged pressure.

I am amazed that we are still in the mix for the playoffs

We haven't won at home since februaury 14th that was 12 league games ago

Last six home games without win and we have scored 3 goals ( 2 of them in one match )

and conceded 8 goals , not good form at all , quite alarming

If we get to the play/offs are away form will have to carry us through then

Don't know where you have been but bar two games I can remember since halfway through january its been the same dire football I'm afraid

lots of us are just stated facts about how the team are performing and at the moment we ain't good enough are we.When you come so close for over 3 seasons to reaching the prem and we blow it every time it does become a major frustration.

We have been in this position all season so we havent over achieved the league doesnt lie.We have to grab this situation and take it.

I dont understand why the wheels have come off so much the boys should be proud of the position in the league and this should give em the confidence to go all the way.

Its the opposite happening and the way we play football at home is boring slow tempo and not very adventure as.

Why cant we take it by the scruff of the neck and go for it what we scared of.I dont understand a lot of things about us at the moment and it leaves me and lots of others very frustrated.

Its poor at the moment and has been for a while, Very boring home games coupled with the poor atmosphere make it poor all round. Its incredible were still in the play offs lol

The atmosphere is poor because the so called entertainment on the pitch is VERY POOR. I cant remember the last time I came away from our stadium feeling that I had witnessed an entertaining game. The style of football is boring and I for one am so frustrated that we simply cannot hold onto a lead. How many times have we lost 2 points by ending up drawing from a winning position? How many times have we sat back and invited the visiting team to attack us and conceded late on?

We are kidding ourselves if we think this playing style and our team's tactics is good enough to win the play offs.

The atmosphere is poor because the so called entertainment on the pitch is VERY POOR. I cant remember the last time I came away from our stadium feeling that I had witnessed an entertaining game. The style of football is boring and I for one am so frustrated that we simply cannot hold onto a lead. How many times have we lost 2 points by ending up drawing from a winning position? How many times have we sat back and invited the visiting team to attack us and conceded late on?

We are kidding ourselves if we think this playing style and our team's tactics is good enough to win the play offs.

Thank god all the teams around us are having a similar experience to us then! Seems we are not the only one playing poor at the moment, apart from the top 3 or 4 clubs.

The simple fact is we are still there - with a 2pt gap to 7th place - which I fully expect to be the same at 9.30pm tonight.

I think we can win at Barnsley, as we seem to play better away from home and away from the pressures of the home fans!

I also think we will finally win at home and beat Derby also, they dont tend to score alot of goals in one game especially away from home, and they tend NOT to score any late goals either, I was talking to a Derby fan on twitter this afternoon who I have spoken to on many occasions, He thinks we'll beat them easily and also thinks Miller will be too much for their defence.

So for me - we will take the 6pts coming up which will be a big boost in preperation for the Leeds home game!

I have got to agree with the comments on here which say our football at home is boring, at times I find it jaw dropping, all around where I sit you can tell by the look on peoples faces that, people are not happy with performances,

what ever you say it is entertainment that supporters pay to see and hopefully a winning side, we have got neither at this moment in time.

I think that at the start of the season no one expected us to be so close to the play offs, but now we are there lets make sure we get into the top six, and then it is game by game, can we do it? going on previous seasons I think we are lacking in quality, we had the players last year and blew it, my personal opinion is we are not good enough, I hope I am proved wrong as I have waited a long long time for it
