Can anyone explain why he is not featuring, does he have the quality for the future or is he likely to be a mistake by MM

Impossible for any of us to answer - as we have not seen him play.

I thought it was made clear at the time that Kadeem was a player for the future that if he did well might make a cameo appearance here and there this season or if we were left with quite a few injuries. Same as Mason initially.

i think? this sort of player needs to be given playtime when your 3-0 up with 10 min left, hard at the moment, if you started kadeem, and he was a bit nervous. and cost us the game with a bad pass etc, it could play on his mind everytime he plays, this end of the season. you dont want unexperienced players on the pitch, having said that. the way we are playing at the moment. put him on :ayatollah:

That's fine with 7 subs but impossible with 5
He was bought for development, a manager with a plan longer than a season :ayatollah:

Players need more than pace, Jon brown was lightening but unless you have other key ingredients then it's useless.

Malky said a few weeks back that unfortunately the youngsters wouldn't be getting as many games if any that they were hoping to get due to the restrictions with the bench etc and they would have to bide their time. I reckon he's gonna have a look during pre-season at all of the youth coming into professional contracts and decide who gets in the team and who needs to be loaned out judging on their performances in pre-season.

Harris was on the bench for the first game suggesting there was intention to play him this season but has not been heard of since. Either he simply has not been up to standard in training or possibly is he the player that had words with MM? I remember his interview when he signed and it sounded like he was very much expecting to play most games and the type not to be happy if he wasn't playing

He was on the bench when he just signed just to give him an idea of what the atmosphere around the stadium is and if we were 3 goals up he may have brought him on.

He is excellent in training, beats his man every time and always gets a ball in of a goal. when asked why the gaffer doesnt pick him..replied.. "you tell me"

I think he could help the squad cause we're crying out for width and the little I have seen of him he's a natural winger. But he's young and inexperienced and may cause him to much pressure if he is chucked into a play-off battle. One mistake could play on him for ages and may last longer if it does in some way shape or form cost us promotion it could destroy him mentally. definitely on for the future ;) :ayatollah:
