The defending at their goal was awful, we pushed up and didn't track the run of any of the 3 players they had on the far post, truly awful.

People seem to have magical ideas that anything different to what we're doing is an improvement.

We begged for Hudson back when we were leaking goals with Turner and Gerrard in defence, we begged for 4-5-1 when we weren't scoring with Rudy and Miller up front and now we're begging for 4-4-2 because that means we'll concede less goals? :/

Correct me if im wrong but we were winning playing 4-5-1, we only conceded when for some very strange reason MM changed to 4-4-2.

We didn't actually play 4-4-2, we played 4-4-1-1 as we did all game. Alternated between Earnie and Miller with Gunnarson moved from that position to the right.

Our main issue is what the hell has happened to Championship player of the year contender Whittingham! He looks totally lost wherever he is playing and has no ideas anymore what to do with the ball
