Yep, just like the Watford team he managed last season, they started really well then disappeared up their own arses by January, winning only 3 games til end of season. Also, he was loathe to move away from making changes and always picked his favourites regardless of the situation and form of players. Now, this was stuff posted by watford fans when he left them to come here. He doesn't make subs too, and plays strict work ethic game. Good enough at Watford, but here where the expectation is higher we are in very grave danger of being also rans without a startling reversal of recent fortunes.
