Any recommendations ? Something for after I finish my training .Ive been looking at Whey Protein ,any good. Cheers

Heard protein is good, not sure what brand though sorry.

Protein and glutamine are the ones for muscle repair. They can be taken as separate supplements or in an all in one.

Watched a program a few weeks ago and the results against all the over priced drinks you can buy was milk it came out on top of rehydrating and muscle repair.

I always have a 10-15 minute sauna, large mug of sweet tea a bag of chips with loads of salt and vinegar, massage and a ride.(That's a shag to you taffy fuckers)

PS execise your muscles and ligaments, don't damage them!

Recent reports say Chocolate milk shakes is better than anything else you can drink. After a work out the cocoa helps recovery the best. My boy always drinks it now after a work out.

I use SCI-MX protein shake it's pretty good doesn't taste that bad. But yeah, apparently chocolate milkshake is supposed to be good for repair as well like Nukes said.

If the special drinks don't work go and ask the welsh rugby team for some special additives. Put it this way they didn't get that big and strong by eating double servings of mummy's special mash potato.
