9k a week for a 100,000 striker ,![]()
if a player costs 10 million, you dont pay him £900,000 a week
is 9k average in championship or just at our club where we pay them extra for losing cup finals

If he is not wanted then rip his contact up and agree a figure. Surely if we did that on the players which MM clearly will not play then it would save the club thousands

The player also has to agree to this.

No they don't as an employer can make the employee redundant

The point i am making, which AM has made is - why do we have players still at this club who do not get game time but are being payed, when they could be moved on and new faces brought in.

How can they be moved on though?
Mutual termination? Parkin would never agree to that.
Sale? No one will match the wages.
Paying him up is pointless and costly.
He is being loaned to reduced the outgoing. I would guess they are paying part of his wages.

Loaning them out means weekly payments, loan money coming into the club, if they do well the chance of a sale.
Even if we settle with them it still costs the money.
If they were happy to take less money they could join another club at reduce wages anyway. They don't tho, they want it all.

Just be honest and admit that examples like this are a waste of finances by the club
