injured players having to leave the pitch

When one of our players gets clattered and we get a free kick, if the player is injured and needs the Trainer on for medical attention why must the Ref send the player to the sideline and only allow him back on when the ball is in play.

That gives an unfair advantage to the other side.

Agree with this as they add all the stopages on so if treated on pitch why do they go off.

Because without this rule players would be feigning injury left, right and centre in order to time waste when their side is leading.
