Hull V Southampton
Leeds United V Nottm Forest
Peterborough V Reading
Portsmouth V Birmingham
West Ham V Middlesbrough
Crystal Palace V Barnsley
Cardiff V Coventry
Ipswich V Burnley
Blackpool V Leicester
*Most important games in bold
Derby right on our tails now, and if they beat Brighton they go onto 55 points, just 3 points behind us, Hull and Brighton. Therefore adding them to the play-off race.
Hull Vs Saints very important. It would be horrible if Hull could pull away from us with a game in hand on us. Saints also need this to pull away from West Ham
If Leeds dont pick up all 3 points that puts a massive dent in their hopes, as they would need to find about 22 points from 8 games.
Pompey need to win if they are to have any hope in staying up, so hopefully that will spur them on to hold Brum to at least a draw. That would do massive favours for us as IMO Brum are our main contenders for the play-offs
West Ham will need to win if they are to gain auto promotion as Reading look unstoppable. Also if they win we have every chance of leapfrogging Boro which would do us a miracle.
Blackpool have a hard game against Leicester. Somehow cant see Blackpool holding on to a pay-off spot and can see Leicester pulling a few suprises.
And finally, I think we have the easiest of the bunch. A lowly Coventry at home and a chance to go onto 61 points. Which could see us go 4th (but more likely 5th or 6th)
If all results go our way it could look like this:
(Team, Played, Points)
Saints 38 75
West Ham 37 70
-------------
Reading 38 70
Cardiff 38 61
Brum 37 59
Blackpool 38 59
-------------
Brighton 38 59
Boro 37 59
Hull 37 58
Leicester 37 54
Leeds 38 54
