Is Malky's ego the problem ?

We all witnressed a shambolic display against Hull that resembled the drivel that a Kenny Hibbitt team would muster !
Yet Malky selected the same starting X1 today. Surely the fringe players would have been banging down his office door on Wednesday asking for a CHANCE ?
For me, Malky's ego will not allow him to change the team.
We are wing-less wonders with no natural pace on the flanks, we fail to get around the back and create chances for Miller, instead punting useless high balls into him from the back !
For me Conway has to start, Earnshaw deserves a chance from the start, Mcphail should come in to free up Whitingham in a roaming role and Blake should come in for Taylor with Mcnaughton crossing to left back !
Any player who passes the ball back to Marshall should be fined £100 !
Malky and the board should realise they are in the entertainment business and they are certainly not entertaining at the moment !

tbh i was absoutley shocked to see the same team to came out onto that field. The squad needs freshening and Conway is raring to go. If I see the same squad for Coventry I will be shocked too poor performances by the same set of 11 sorry something has to change and I don't usually whine

I've said before his no rotation policy is bullshit. Blake, Quinn, Gerrard, Kiss, Harris, Earnie and Conway are all wasting away on the bench while he persists with the same tired team.

Malky has developed the group is everything mentality.
The football is obviously not working, but he is not going to say anything to the outside world as he won't disturb the team spirit, and as gang leader there is no chance we will hear the truth.
We will get an insight during the summer when an out of contract player will probably spill the beans.
A little strengthening at full back and a pacey front guys will be the order of summer.
In Malky we trust....... we got to, there is no other option.
