parking tickets on sloper road

i walked up sloper road to discover half the cars had parking tickets half didnt.on closer look all cars parked on double yellow lines had tickets,all blue badge disabled driver who did not display a clock card time limit also had a ticket.this seems very petty of our new ticket enforcers.why are you in sloper road on a Sunday afternoon,you are not there when we have no game,the guy in the mazda garage told me they book them all at about half three very brave thing to do i hope you are proud of the great job you do ps no tickets were issued yesterday on sloper road for the rugby
