What a loan signing Eddie Newton was, cannot think of many better we have had on loan,

big mates with Nathan Blake from their Chelsea days and was a big influence on him coming to us

I remember shaking his hand after he scored for us against Rotherham on a Tuesday night (correct me if I'm wrong about the town. Beer fazes the memory). After the game, we went into Sheffield - as the local coppers wanted us away
