Deadline for season tickets to keep same seats?

Is it the end of the month? Just spent 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone in the ticket office. Didn't think it would be so busy today after yesterday's game!!

yes last day of this month I believe (3st), but for some reason I got march 30th in my head? either one of those two dates..
